Shipping
We partner with third party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product shipping and delivery to you (“Logistic Partners”). You will be provided with an estimated timeline for the delivery of the Product purchased from the HomeEdge Platform. This estimated timeline shall be notified to the user on the order confirmation page displayed at the time the order is confirmed by us.
Return policy
We do perform “Quality Check” on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at @@@ or Call Customer Care @@@@ and we will take care of the rest.
